PAYMENT - All orders will be invoiced out in July/August or within 7 days if ordered later, and we will need a deposit at that time.
Orders less than $200 must be paid in full. Orders over $200 require 50% deposit and final payment in March. Payments must be received before shipment will be made. Orders after February 1st must be paid in full.

CANCELLATIONS - No cancellations after January 1st. Cancellations after January 1st will forfeit all money paid.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING -
Orders less than $100 add $16
Orders $101 and up Billed at cost

WE SHIP BY PRIORITY MAIL UNLESS OTHERWISE REQUESTED. We ship on Mondays only; we must know two weeks in advance of your ship date. We are not responsible for loss, damage, or delay in transit. We must know one week in advance for orders that will be picked up.

WARRANTY - We guarantee all our plants to grow and be true to variety. We will replace any plants for which this is not true.
Vines must be planted with water or warranty is void.
Vines must be planted by June 7th.
It is mutually agreed that this is the total extent of our liability involving any matter concerning our product.
Claims must be made by September 1st of the year they were planted.
Under no circumstances will our liability be greater than the cost of the vines purchased.

Marquette will be bare root while supplies last. When bare root Marquette are sold out, we will have potted greenhouse plants at the same price. The price for all Marquette will be $4.00 each regardless of quantity and has a $.50 Royalty.
